花より団子（ミャンマーの）



うどん会今年の花見は日比谷公園で開催中の東京ダジャン祭りにおでかけしました。ミャンマーのお正月で、本場では水掛け祭りですが、東京では桜のこの季節寒すぎなので、水は掛けない祭り。あけましておめでとう　民主化も（いろいろあるのでしょうが）、ともかくもおめでとう！
 
などとと思いつつ会場はじっこのテーブル席に陣取る
わしらのめあては美味しい食べ物とビールです。のんびり。

まずはモヒンガー、ミャンマーを代表する麺類です！いろんなお店のいろんなモヒンガーがありました。もとはナマズの出汁の細い米の麺だそうですが、日本で入手できる食材でのアレンジはさまざまです。鰹味のとか、きなこの味がすごくするのとか。

そしてあたたかい汁物のようなサラダ、揚げたお豆腐（でもヒヨコ豆）、美しいビリヤニ（炊き込みご飯）、カレー、皮なしソーセージやお茶ご飯などなど　ビールはミャンマービール♪

   

デザート部門♪バナナの葉に包んで蒸したもち米やココナッツ、マンゴー氷、黒豆のぜんざいやケシの実ののったケーキ、フルーツ＆ココナツ寒天。ミャンマーコーヒーもアラビカ種でコクがあっておいしいです
 

サヌインマキン、なにでできてるの？シュエジー？粉？それってどんな穀物？としつこくきいちゃったシュエテンギーのティンギウィンさん。ありがとう。って言ったら「こちらこそ（聞いてくれて）ありがとう」って言ってくれはるんです。優しい。検索したらシュエジーはセモリナ粉でした。荒引き小麦粉…でいいのかなあ、インドやトルコの激甘デザート「ハルワ」と同じ材料だけどやさしい甘さのアジアのお菓子でした。やっぱり異文化おもしろいなあ

 

っと、ここまで花見といいつつ花の写真が全然ありません。実は日比谷公園、桜は満開だったのですが、公園内での飲酒が不可。お祭のあるときにはステージ近くの会場内でのみアルコール販売と飲酒が可能になるのですが、周辺に桜はないのです！よって花は、会場から出てトイレにいくみちすがら眺めるのがベストなのだ！


よーし花見もしたし新年度もいいかんじにやるぞー（なにを？）
