うどん会、コラボ麺打ち会

更新をサボっておりました。ゴメン。
１月に、標本製麺さんと合同で、麺を打ったりする会をやりました。本当はもう一組、Ｔｗｉｔｔｅｒで知り合った手打ちうどん家ご一行もご一緒のハズだったのですが、体調不良で残念でした。しかし初めて借りた大きめの調理室に、標本さんと製麺機それに（わしがひそかにファンであるところの）マダラさんがやってくる！わーい！

うどん会の計画はいつもどおり、作りたいものをバラバラに作ります。今日は地方コナモノおやつと麺類ですね。

まずは東海地方のホームメイドコナモノ、鬼まんじゅう。当日欠席ののろりちゃんより送られてきた専用ミックス粉を使います。ご当地ではこんなん売ってるんや…。

ちょっとこれ芋多すぎじゃないの？っていう配分で粉と混ぜて

年代モノの蒸し器で蒸します。イモイモしてて上品な甘味。おばあちゃんが作ってくれそうな良いおやつです。うまいうまい。

次は「日本の小麦」展で購入した「おやつイン」。道産小麦粉を使ったホットケーキミックス風の商品です。北海道ではポピュラーなんでしょうか？裏面のオススメの中からフレンチドッグを作ります。ん？フレンチ？アメリカンドッグじゃなく？

検索すると（ドロナワ）、豚のソーセージで作ってケチャップやマスタードで食べるのがアメリカンドッグ、魚肉ソーセージで作って表面にグラニュ糖をまぶしたのが道東のおやつフレンチドッグ、という説が。まじか！ギョニソを買いに走ります。現場に道民がいないので正解かどうかわかりませんが、そりゃもう美味しそうなので両方つくって食べ比べだ！

もちろん両方とも美味しかったですが、おやつインのほのかに甘い衣とじゃりじゃり砂糖のストレートな甘味がＢ級ギョニソにベストマッチと言わざるを得まい。

さて麺類は「このごろ平たい麺に興味がある」田中の手打ちひもかわ風うどんwithちくわ天やさい天から行きましょうか。「私のは鰹の天然出汁です　ここ大事」だそうです。

マダラさんの奥さんとお子さんにも試食していただきます。うまいか？うまいじゃろ？よし。

それから「ハワイみやげの塩を使って麺打ってみたいんです」会長のハワイアンラーメンwith牛テール＆アボカド天meetsパクチー。黒いのは炭塩ですが、麺が緑色になったのにはビックリでした。あれかな、アルカリとかなんとかほら（研究不足）。ピンクの天然塩はわりと普通（笑）

製麺機を回させてもらっておもわず笑みを浮かべる会長。ずっとこの顔で回してました。

ハワイの味かどうかはわかりませんが、テールスープも麺も旨し。

そして普通のうどん。と見せかけてうどん風デザートの試作！（崩れやすい点を改良の余地アリ）

そうこうしている横では標本さんがなにやら白い粉を…
