三匹たちと侍うちあげ・辛いうどんの会
夏のコミケの新刊「三匹たちと侍」の打ち上げをどうしようかねー、うどん打ち会をやるとして、テーマは？と話していた時ふと出た案が「辛いうどん」。居酒屋侍の看板メニュー、担々麺とカレーの辛さにちなんで、みんなで辛いうどんを競作しようぜーというのです。「沖縄カラサン調味料」の麻生あいみちゃんもきっと辛い調味料やスパムで参加してくれますよ！
あいみん「カムジャタン作りますよー」それは豚の背骨肉とジャガイモの韓国鍋ですな！なぜ！でもうまい。じゃがいもがトロ味になってうどんにからみます。ヤバいチューブの香辛料を足すのも良し。
そのほかこんなカンジで丸一日うどんを作り、食べるとしましょう！

はい、打ちたて！
うどんを粉から打つのは…ちょっと時間がかかっちゃいますね。
今回、ゲストのきぃちさんや飯田さんがうどん打ち教室のプロ！だったので、いつもひとりで先生をしている田中は大変たすけていただきました。生徒は杉山淳一さん。
楽しそうでなによりだ！コタローさん。
まこちゃんさんは蕎麦打ち名人だし、わしらが雑に思い付きではじめた天ぷらの揚げ方もちゃんと教えて下さるし、ゆーきうさぎさんはおもむろに25キロの小麦粉袋からすくった超強力粉をみんなに上納するし！すげえ！今までになく充実したうどん打ち会です。
うどん会会員による麻婆豆腐2号が作られうどんにまぶされ、箸休めの九州かぼすうどん、わらじうどん、黒熊ビリヤニ…他にもあった気がします！写真がおいついてない
究極の箸休めは酋長の豆乳ゆばショウガの味噌漬け添え。優しい味のおうどんやー！
さて玉置さんは製麺機を持たずにうどん会に来るときにはおなじみ、いつものチャレンジ手延べラーメン。０勝２敗で３度目の登板です。それをうしろで腕組みして見守るのはコミティアその他ジャンル仲間のヒメノさんです。「今日は伸びる気する」。根拠はない…
蘭州名物手延べ麺を習わずに習得する道は険しい。次回、禁断の輸入品マダラさんその手を使うのかの巻をお楽しみに！

ところで今回の会場は先生用の調理台の上には鏡がついていて手元を参照できる仕掛けがあったのですが、まるで生かされてませんでした。わはは。
この日は隣の会議室も借りて、お茶をしながらうどん会課題図書やコキコキステーションなどのボードゲームで一息つけるようにしてみました。ホワイトボードの落書きも楽しかったネ

最後は本命、今はなき居酒屋侍の奈々さんによる白湯うどんとみせかけて実は辛いタレつきです
お仕事の合間にパっと来てササっと作ってくれて、かっこいい。
辛い！美味い！
生トウガラシがフレッシュにからーい！スープの旨味とうどんが、カラうま～～～！
「もっとコレとか足してもいいよ」↓ ひー！
そんなわけで長い一日おつきあいいただきありがとうございました
最後はピカピカに掃除してもらっちゃいました
作りたいものを作って食べて遊ぶの楽しいですな！またやりましょうね！
